About the workshop
AdaptFrame Workshop began as a collection of field notes shared among home maintenance educators in Portland. We noticed that shower head replacement was often explained with either too little detail or unnecessary alarm. Our courses make the task understandable, bounded, and respectful of the home.
We help people approach routine bathroom maintenance with preparation, patience, and good judgment. We explain what a learner can reasonably do and when a licensed professional is the better choice.
No trade jargon without an explanation.
Lessons account for finishes, seals, and existing fittings.
We teach observation and safe stopping points, not guarantees.
